Personal Chef Services

It starts in your kitchen with a talk about what you like to eat, and what you don’t. This lets me learn about your lifestyle, your food preferences, and what your needs are for meal frequency, packaging, and content. After that initial meeting I will put together a menu for your approval, focusing on foods you like and dietary tenets you want to follow. Does your favorite restaurant or drive-through window do that???

After the menu is set, I will make my shopping list and gather my 100_1243utensils and kitchen equipment that I will need in your kitchen. On your scheduled cooking day I will do the shopping, choosing fresh and local ingredients, cook at your home, and leave you with packaged meals in the refrigerator and freezer with heating instructions included. I also leave you a printed menu of all that is in your refrigerator/freezer with all the reheating instructions so you have all the details in one easy-to-read place.

Your kitchen will be clean and smelling of great home cooked food when you get home, and I can leave that night’s dinner ready for you to eat!

Service Plans
I offer  several service plans; we can decide which is best for you at our first meeting.
  • Traditional Service: Also called a “5×4,” this service consists of 5 meals, 4 servings each one, including side dishes. This is a total of 20 meals. Depending on how you’re using the meals, this should last you anywhere from two weeks to a month with some meals frozen.
  • Weekly Fresh Service:  This service may be customized to your weekly schedule.  I can make weeknight meals for 3, 4 or 5 nights, with the number of servings you need.
  • Every Other Week Service:  This service is a mixture of fresh and frozen food cooked every other week in your kitchen. The number of meals and the number of servings will be customized to your needs.
