It starts in your kitchen with a talk about what you like to eat, and what you don’t. This lets me learn about your lifestyle, your food preferences, and what your needs are for meal frequency, packaging, and content. After that initial meeting I will put together a menu for your approval, focusing on foods you like and dietary tenets you want to follow. Does your favorite restaurant or drive-through window do that???
After the menu is set, I will make my shopping list and gather my utensils and kitchen equipment that I will need in your kitchen. On your scheduled cooking day I will do the shopping, choosing fresh and local ingredients, cook at your home, and leave you with packaged meals in the refrigerator and freezer with heating instructions included. I also leave you a printed menu of all that is in your refrigerator/freezer with all the reheating instructions so you have all the details in one easy-to-read place.
Your kitchen will be clean and smelling of great home cooked food when you get home, and I can leave that night’s dinner ready for you to eat!
I have literally hundreds of recipes that I can use for your service so do not limit yourself to only those items listed here. These are some of my favorites to make, and some of my client’s favorites to enjoy!
